Welcome to Heritage Hive Studio, a cozy little corner of creativity, comfort, and vintage-inspired living.

I’m Leah, and I share this space (and most of my creative adventures) with my daughter, Sophie. We’re a mother-and-daughter team who love to dream, make, and create side by side. Our home is also our studio, filled with old treasures, handmade projects, and plenty of coffee cups scattered around from one idea to the next. It’s where most of our designs come to life.

Creativity has always been a part of our family story. Sophie and I have been crafting together since she was little, and it’s something that’s stayed with us into adulthood. Whether we’re painting, sewing, designing prints, or coming up with a new DIY project, we both find so much joy in making things that feel personal and full of heart.

I live with chronic health conditions, so working from home has naturally become a big part of how we live and create. Sophie isn’t just my daughter, she’s my support, my companion, and my creative partner. Together, we’ve learned to find a balance between life, health, and creativity that keeps us grounded and grateful for the small, beautiful moments.

We both love the cozy life, being at home, surrounded by things that tell a story and make us feel connected. That sense of warmth and belonging inspires everything we do, from our home décor style to the handmade pieces we create. Family, comfort, and creativity really are at the heart of it all.

Right now, we’re building a collection of one-of-a-kind patterns, handmade crafts and tutorials that we’ll be adding to the site soon. Each piece is made with care, imagination, and the same warmth we bring to our home and our work.
